Everything about this frame is a decision about where the light is coming from. On a bike, a boat or a running track the glare arrives from the side as well as the front, and a flat lens leaves a bright strip at each edge of your vision. So the 62 mm lens curves back toward the temple, and the frame is 137 mm across with an arm of only 123 mm, short so that the tip grips the side of the head instead of resting on the ear. That is why one reviewer calls the fit snug in his first sentence, and it is why the pair is still on your face when you turn your head to check a wake.
Five lens colours are five kinds of day. Grey, in a matte or a glossy black frame, is the one to buy first: brightness down, colours untouched. Blue and green are mirror coats on a grey base that throw back more of the light before the tint starts, which is what you want on open water. Orange is for the flat afternoon when the road has no contrast, and brown warms the view without going that far. The seven two-packs put a grey pair beside one of the others for $19.99, $9.99 a pair, and one reviewer who bought the orange notes that its mirror fades from centre to edge; that is in the reviews below rather than hidden.
What the rating on the lens means
UV400 on a lens means the lens is rated to stop ultraviolet light up to a wavelength of 400 nanometres, which covers UVA and UVB, the two bands that reach the ground. That rating is the whole of what a sunglass lens does about the sun; polarization is a separate property that cuts reflected glare and, in the words of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, provides no UV protection on its own. The academy also says a darker lens is not a safer lens and that the sun's rays pass through haze and cloud, so the number to read on any pair, ours included, is the UV rating rather than the tint. A pair of sunglasses is not treatment for any eye condition, and light sensitivity that arrived suddenly is a question for an optometrist or ophthalmologist, not for a lens.

Will the BEALER men's wrap fit your wide face?
The frame is 137 mm across the front and the arm is 123 mm, and the wrap is cut to grip. If you read more than 140 mm across your temples with a ruler, the fit will be tight rather than snug; the women's rectangle at 139 mm sits flatter, and nothing about it is gendered except the name on the box.
Should you pick the matte or the glossy black BEALER wrap?
The finish of the frame only. Both carry the same 62 mm grey polarized lens, the same 137 mm width and the same 123 mm arm; the matte hides fingerprints and the glossy shows them. Matte is $11.99 in grey and $12.99 in the coloured lenses; glossy is $11.99.
Does a BEALER two-pack give you two of the same pair?
One of the seven is: the Z01 is the matte black grey wrap twice. The other six pair a grey lens with a blue, green, orange or brown one, or a matte frame with a glossy, so that one pair lives in the car and the other on your face. All seven are $19.99, which is $9.99 a pair.
