What to put in the letter

The page you were on, and the figure or sentence you are writing about. A wrong millimetre, a photograph that does not match the colourway on the card, a lens rating that reads differently on the box you received: any of those, with the page, gets fixed and the fix gets noted on the updates page.

If you are choosing between two frames and want the numbers laid side by side, write. We hold the measurements and will send them back plainly.

What we cannot do from here

Anything about a specific order. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. Your order number, delivery date and return window live in the account you bought with, and the people there can see them; we cannot.

Your eyes

We will answer questions about a frame, a lens rating or a measurement. We will not answer questions about your sight, because we are not able to: that is a conversation for an optometrist or ophthalmologist, and we would rather send you to one than guess.
